STAP subsidy

STAP budget is a grant for training. It is an amount of money of up to 1,000 euros that you can use once a year. STAP stands for Stimulating Labor Market Position. STAP budget allows you to improve your position in the labor market (see https://www.stapuwv.nl/p/STAP-informatie).

You can also apply for STAP budget for some of our driving and theory courses. See the table below for which courses you can apply for STAP funding.

Prerequisites for STAP budget

You are eligible for STAP budget if:

1. you have not yet received a STAP budget this calendar year;
2. you are over 18 years of age;
3. you do not receive AOW;
4. you are popularly insured. During the past 24 months, have you lived, worked or received benefits in the Netherlands for at least six months? Then you are insured for Dutch national insurance. The six-month period is counted from three months before the month in which you applied for STAP budget.

Application process and STEP Application form.

You apply for your STAP budget yourself at the application moments predetermined by the UWV (next application moment is May 1, 2023 at 10:00 am) . For this application, you will then need a STAP application form from us. To request such a STAP application form, please fill out the form below, and we will send you an application form.
