art. 14: Blocking crossings<\/strong>
\nDrivers may not block and intersection.<\/p>\n

Lining up between two lanes of traffic is permitted, provided there is opportunity to do so, after all, the intersection must not be blocked. It often happens, when a line of cars is stopped at a traffic light, blocking a side road. So this is not allowed.<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>art. 15: Right of way<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. At intersections, drivers yield the right of way to drivers coming from the right in front of them.<\/li>\n
  2. The following exceptions to this rule apply:\n
      \n
    1. drivers on an unpaved road give way to drivers on a paved road;<\/li>\n
    2. drivers give way to drivers of a streetcar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \"4wvr\"<\/a>The priority rule in itself is not difficult if one observes the rule as shown in the picture, viz:<\/em><\/p>\n

      If there is no priority vehicle, the “W” of roads is considered. Right of way roads go before paved roads, paved roads before unpaved roads.<\/em><\/p>\n

      Are the roads equal the “V” of vehicles is considered. The order in this is Tram, Other.<\/em>If the roads are the same and there is no streetcar, the “R” of right prevails.<\/em><\/p>\n

      The “4” represents the priority vehicles. Priority should always be given to this<\/em>r<\/em>den granted.<\/em><\/p>\n

      The right of way may be regulated via shark signs on the road surface. The sign can then be omitted. This option is used, for example, in the right of way between a side road and a bicycle lane.<\/em><\/p>\n

      The concept of yielding the right of way includes more than clearing the intersection. The entire behavior of the driver determines whether or not the right of way was granted. For example, the intersection should not be approached at high speed to apply full brakes at the last moment. After all, the impression is given, that will not be stopped. Despite the fact, that one does stop in time there will be no priority.<\/em><\/p>\n

      Within this article, right of way signs are not mentioned. These have an independent meaning in the new RVV, which is listed in Article 62 of the Regulations.<\/em><\/p>\n

      Article 15a: Conduct at overwegen<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Road users may enter a level crossing, nif they can proceed immediately and clear the crossing completely.<\/li>\n
      2. At level crossings, road users allow a rail vehicle to pass ahead, leaving the crossing completely clear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Article 16: Cutting through military columns<\/strong><\/p>\n
