Thinking of a minimum working experience of 10 years as a driving instructor (&nbsp;at a well known driving school at the CBR ) and a good behavior certificate from the municipality with minimum &nbsp;\u20ac 45.000,- own starting capital as also a own space &nbsp;and office ( for mandatory theory lessons and reception of candidates ).<\/p>\n<p>It is preposterous that rogue people can just start a driving school like that and damage the market considerably by such actions. This does not benefit knowledge transfer or road safety.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the punishment is far too light: the judge should have simply dissolved the driving school and imposed a ban on performing as a driving school owner and as a driving instructor.
