We have vacancies for driving instructors.

We are looking for driving instructors for the:

Largest driving school in the region

Alblas Traffic School is a large driving school.
We offer driver training for all driving licenses and continuing education for Code 95. We also give theory lessons and driving simulator lessons.

We provide car driving lessons in much of South Holland, North Holland and Utrecht.
Driving lessons for the other licenses we give in Woerdense Verlaat, Moordrecht and Woerden.

The driving school is growing. Hence our vacancy for driving instructors. We invite you to apply if you live in one of the three provinces where we work.

Professional driving school

Alblas Traffic School is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. As a driving school, we consider professionalism very important. We are a VRB accredited driving school.

We have highly experienced driving instructors working for us. Our in-house instructor training program, the Alblas Academy, is registered with the CBRKO.

What we offer

What you will do

  • driving lesson
  • Provide theory instruction for all driving courses, possibly including continuing education for Code 95
  • You are jointly responsible for planning and supervising students preparing for the exam
  • You act as the first point of contact for students
  • you are an ambassador for Alblas Verkeersschool
  • You educate your students in a structured and high quality manner; you can independently give good teaching advice
  • You keep good records of student progress and schedules

What we ask of you

  • A valid WRM instructional qualification B, BE, AM, A, C, CE, D, DE and/or T
  • You are flexible, and can also work evenings and Saturdays
  • work experience is not a must
  • You work results-oriented, which is also evidenced by an above-average success rate
  • You have a mbo working and thinking level
  • You are enthusiastic about your profession
  • You are able to work independently, but also enjoy working with other driving instructors
  • You have good communication skills and mastery of the Dutch language
  • You have good social skills and enjoy working with often young students
  • you are presentable because you consider a well-groomed appearance important for your students – our clients

Internship driving instructors

Maybe it is too early for you to respond to this driving instructor vacancy because you are still on the WRM training. But we are also open to future driving instructors.

You can do your internship with us if you plan to work full-time (with us) after your training.

No WRM certification, but want to become a driving instructor?

Do you enjoy teaching driving lessons but are not yet licensed with a WRM pass?

We also train as driving instructors. For that, we have our own Alblas Academy.
We may be willing to invest in you.
If you have benefits, the UWV may well be willing to pay for most of the training. Check with your client manager.
The UWV recognizes Alblas Verkeersschool (the Alblas Academy) as a training institute for driving instructors.
